Welcome to Common Grounds
Common Grounds is a collaboration of 30 graduate students from across the University of Minnesota that seeks to:
1. Explore complex community issues from a variety of disciplines and perspectives
2. Provide professional research and consultation services to community organizations
3. Practice and promote integrative leadership
Common Grounds is beginning its 9th year as a student-led initiative in partnership with the Center for Integrative Leadership.
